Beside the small creek an olive tree stands, reaching its arms out over the land. The leaves overhead shade the earth below. A small footbridge leads the way to the world beyond. Damp smells of water and musty plant life combine with the warm afternoon sun. Vivid color appears in the sky, and highlights of bright light peek through the branches bouncing its light on the green carpet beneath.
The Artist's signature is quietly embedded in the undergrowth. Finally, the Artist lays down her brush.
The painting is silent ... glowing with life.
