Movement in art

"ONE MORE TURN"-36"X36" oil on canvas ©2010

Round and round we go...where we stop nobody knows. Life is like a merry-go-round. Up and down, round and round, sometimes standing, sometimes riding, we hold on tight as we travel through space and time. Artists use movement to bring the viewer on an artistic journey. If we are not careful, we can miss the moment. Lift up your eyes. Be here. Be now. Be aware. Be alive. Feel the motion of life itself.
