There’s a special kind of magic that happens when others step into the studio—not just to watch, but to connect, reflect, and be part of something creative. Today, that magic arrived in the form of two remarkable visitors: Kira Corser and Julieanna Correa, both talented and inspiring creatives from Fallbrook.
They stopped by to see the Miss Mary Piano Project in progress, and the room instantly filled with warmth and curiosity. Our photographer and documentarian, Nancy Heins-Glaser, was also present, capturing the moment beautifully on video.
Kira Corser is not only a celebrated artist and activist—she’s a creative force known for her work in peace-building, public engagement, and healing through the arts. You can explore her incredible projects and passion for social change at https://www.kiracorser.com
As an artist rooted in visual storytelling, I believe that the act of creating should be shared. My work has always explored the emotional, the symbolic, and the communal. Miss Mary is not just a piano; she’s a vessel for connection—and that connection was alive and well today.
To Kira, Julieanna, and Nancy—thank you for stepping into the story.
And to everyone following along, thank you for making this journey so vibrant.
With gratitude,
B.J. Lane
