The backstory:
Another morning at the dance studio sketching, observing dancers movements, grace, strength, and flexibility. They always start at the Barre with basic ballet positions, slow movements, and stretching. Such a good reminder for all of us to review what we know, slow down and be better, and remember to be flexible. And most of all ... to just do it. Dance the dance.
