The backstory:
Finally, the day had come. It had taken many months to get a peek at this spectacular new addition to the Huntington Gardens and Museum in San Marino, California. Before the public was allowed to view it in person, a few art guild members got a first peek. I not only took a peek, but set up my willing easel and my pre-prepped orange colored background, and painted “en plein air”.
