A wet surprise of Yesterday.
The blue sky turned to haze.
We thought the sun was out to stay.
But nature had its say.
Today the world was brightly lit.
The clouds, they rolled on by.
They showed us they’re not gone for good.
But will return someday.
They’ll bring with them a promise true.
The pavement glowing bright.
Refections of a wet moist world.
Refracting brilliant light.
Filling hearts with hope
