The morning light how soft it glows.
Pastel it’s colors true.
The sky has stains of turquoise shades
The streets a pinkish hue.
As morning sun begins to move
Across the sky above,
We see the light begin to shine
It’s colors of true love.

The backstory:
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in a suburb of Los Angeles, I stopped on the side of the road, pulled out my easel and paints and spent the morning painting in the shade. As the sun slowly moved across the morning sky, I followed the shadows and colors as they moved and shifted hue. Chasing the morning light.
