The backstory:
Three different days I stood in front of this lovely home with my easel and paints. Beginning with the center piece, I soon discovered the intricate details, intriguing architecture, and beauty of this Victorian Mansion. At first, the landscape seemed to interfere with the viewers interpretation. The magnificent trees and shrubbery soon became a part of the total ambiance of a different time in history. A historic landmark, this home in Monrovia, California, has been painted by many an artist.m, and well loved by many people.
